CHILDREN'S PRICE:

• Under 2 years old: 20% of the adult tour price (sharing bed with adults)
• From 2 to under 11 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (sharing bed with adults). One adult can accompany only one child. If there are two children accompanying, pay for one child as an adult to get an extra bed.
• From 11 years old and above: pay as an adult.

NOTES:

• The price is calculated for children sharing the bed with their parents, if guests request separate beds for children, please pay 100% of the tour price.
• The price applies to customers from 12 to 69 years old, customers aged 70 and above will pay an additional difference for premium insurance fees, customers aged 75 and above are required to have a full health certificate for international travel from a competent health authority and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
• Tour prices may change when airlines increase fuel surcharges and visa fees change,
• The program and flight times may change depending on the specific departure day
• Guests are kindly requested not to skip the designated shopping spots in the itinerary.
• Passports must have a validity of more than 6 months (from the departure date)
• The program order may change according to the actual situation, but all sightseeing spots will be fully covered
• The minimum number of guests for departure is 10 or 15 (depending on the price), if the number of guests is less, the price will be adjusted accordingly to the actual number or moved to the next departure date.
• In the case of visa denial or cancellation after application submission without a visa outcome but before the cancellation penalty period, a visa service fee of 1,000,000 VND will be charged as per the tour's regulation.
• If guests have relatives in the host country who want to join the program, please contact the company before departure.

CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY (after confirmation): In case you cannot attend the tour, please inform the company and bear the following cancellation fees:

• Cancel 30 – 45 days before departure: 10% of the total tour price
• Cancel 20 – 29 days before departure: 20% of the total tour price
• Cancel 15 - 19 days before departure: 40% of the total tour price
• Cancel 6 – 14 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price
• Cancel within 5 days before departure: 100% of the tour price
• In case the travel company has booked services, and the guest is not granted a visa leading to tour cancellation, a deposit fee of 10,000,000 VND must still be paid. If the travel company has not booked services, and the guest is not granted a visa leading to tour cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation time counts on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Policy may change during public holidays or peak seasons.

** In cases of force majeure such as terrorism, natural disasters...or due to changes in the schedule of public transport like airplanes, trains... the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating any arising damages**.

JAPAN VISA APPLICATION PROCESS FOR VIETNAMESE CITIZEN

1. PASSPORT (valid for 6 months, signed on page 3)
2. 02 PHOTOS 4.5 X 3.5, white background.
3. Application form in English: fill in complete information and sign on page 2 as per the signature in the passport, print on one side of the paper only (do not print double-sided) Application form link: http://www.mofa.go.jp/mofaj/files/000124525.pdf
4. Financial proof:

• Bank balance confirmation OR notarized savings book: at least 200 million VND/person, with full red stamps, signatures, and bank logo.
• 6-month bank statement (Highlight salary transactions if any)
• If possible, add: Notarized copy of land title certificate/Car registration... to enhance the application.

5. Proof of employment: one of the following documents

• Red-stamped copy of the Employment Contract or Appointment Decision and red-stamped confirmation of employment from the company
• Notarized copy of Business License, company account statement, tax declaration
• Notarized copy of Retirement Book or Retirement Decision or Retirement Card
• 6-month salary confirmation with company stamp and normal bank statement without highlighting (if paid in cash)
• For students, a notarized copy of the student card

6. Relationship proof: If applying for 2 or more people.

• If friends: Photo together showing clear faces (color print on photo paper with names noted of those applying for the visa), 2-3 types
• If spouse - children or relatives: Household registration book, Birth Certificate, Notarized Marriage Certificate.
