TOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Phase 01: Customers must deposit 5,000,000 VND upon registering for the tour.
• Phase 02: Customers must pay the remaining amount of the tour 15 days before the departure date.

• Note: For tours registered close to the departure date, from 5 to 15 days before, customers are required to pay 100% of the tour value.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation by Viet Pearl Travel: If Viet Pearl Travel cannot conduct the trip/service, the company must immediately inform the customer and refund the entire amount paid by the customer within 3 days of the official cancellation announcement, either in cash or by bank transfer.

In case of cancellation by the Customer: If unable to continue using the service/tour, the customer must notify the company in writing or via email (cancellations or changes through phone calls will not be accepted). Customers must also bring the tour/service registration form and receipt to the office for processing the cancellation/change.

• For changes/alterations in services/tours: The company will consider the actual situation to calculate fees and provide support to the customers.
• In case of service/tour cancellation: Customers must bear the cancellation fees as per Viet Pearl Travel's policy and all bank charges for online payments. The cancellation fees are as follows:
• If the customer cancels the tour after registration and more than 20 days before departure: loss of the tour deposit.
• If the customer cancels the tour 15 days before departure: 70% of the tour value.
• If the customer cancels the tour 7 days before departure: 80% of the tour cost.
• If the customer cancels the tour within 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
• Late arrival on the day of departure is considered a cancellation within 15 days before departure.
• During Festive/ New Year periods: no refunds, cancellations, or changes. The applicable condition will be the one that occurs first. Cancellation must be communicated directly to the company or via fax, email, message, and must be confirmed by the company. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Deposit, payment, cancellation, and postponement days do not count Saturdays and Sundays.

FLIGHT TICKET CONDITIONS

• Flight times may change according to the airline's schedule.
• Luggage includes: 7kg carry-on + 20kg checked baggage.
• When flying, customers should carry one of the following valid ID documents: ID card (valid for less than 15 years), passport, or birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).
• For children 14 years old (requires an ID card, or if unavailable, a verified personal identification form from local authorities).

OTHER NOTES

• On the departure day, customers should gather at the designated meeting point.
• We are not responsible for late arrivals.
• Customers must carry valid personal identification (ID card or Passport).
• Vegetarian customers should bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences.
• Any unused services in the tour will not be refunded.
• The guide has the right to rearrange the order of visiting sites to suit conditions of specific departure days but will ensure all program sites are visited. *If the tour is canceled due to refusal at the airport due to personal/identification issues, our company is not responsible, and the program costs will not be refunded in this case. *In case of force majeure situations like terrorism, natural disasters, or changes in the schedule of public transport such as airplanes, trains, etc., Vietnam Booking reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of the customers, without being liable for compensation. *If the number of participants is not enough for the minimum group size, the company will support postponing to the nearest departure date and inform the customers 15 days in advance; or refund the deposit to the customers.
