ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- Surcharge of 250,000 VND/guest for foreign nationals (procedure fees in Ha Giang as per regulation).
- Single room surcharge: 350,000 VND/guest for 1-star package, 450,000 VND for 2-star package, and 550,000 VND for 3-star package (applies to cases where guests register alone and cannot be paired with another guest) or at the request of the guest for a single room.
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children from 1-4 years old are free of charge (parents are responsible for all expenses for the child, does not occupy a seat on the bus). Two adults are allowed only 1 child for free, from the 2nd child charged 75% of the tour price (same standards as charged children). If 1 adult is accompanied by 1 child from 1-4 years old, then the child must pay 50% of the adult's tour price (receiving services as children aged 5-9).
- Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (have their own meal portion, a separate seat on the bus but must share the bed with parents). Two children paying the fee do not have their own bed standards.
- Children from 10 years old and above are charged as adults.
NOTE:
- All requests for tour cancellation must be in writing and are only effective upon acknowledgment by the travel company.
- Cancellations without a fee are prioritized for cases canceling more than 15 days before the tour date. A 30% cancellation fee applies to cancellations from 15 days to the day before departure, a 55% fee for cancellations from 7 days to the day before departure, and no refund for cancellations 2 days before departure.
- No refund will be provided for guests who do not show up at the meeting point.
- Guests should bring: legal personal identification (ID card or Passport).
- Guests are advised to bring: insect repellent, common cold medicines, or any prescription medicines as prescribed by a doctor.
- Vegetarian guests please bring your own vegetarian food to ensure your dietary preferences.
- No refunds for any services in the tour that guests do not use.
- The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of site visits to suit the conditions of the specific departure day but ensures all the spots in the program are visited.
- As it is a mountain tour, often using smaller vehicles, guests are advised not to bring bulky, oversized luggage and to limit the amount of luggage. A backpack is recommended over a hard suitcase.
- The first night's stay at a Homestay aims to enhance guests' experiences with the ethnic minority communities. Guests are advised to bring personal items for use at the Homestay (if necessary).
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customers are responsible for their health and chronic diseases (cardiovascular, blood pressure, diabetes, joint diseases...), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women... these conditions are not covered by travel insurance. If necessary, customers must write a declaration about their health condition when joining the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not declare their health condition, make false declarations, or for conditions outside the insurance coverage in the tour.
- Customers must take care of their personal belongings in all cases and at all places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuable belongings, flight tickets, and personal property of the customers during the trip.

Tour Plan
Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Giang – Quan Ba (Lunch, Dinner)
06h00-06h30: The bus and guide from Ha Giang tourism will pick up guests at the meeting point in central Hanoi and depart for the Ha Giang tour. Rest, free to have breakfast at Kim Anh junction or on the highway.
11h00: Guests have lunch at Tan Yen town (Ham Yen, Tuyen Quang).
14h00: Stop to visit the sacred Doi Co Cau Ma Temple by the Lo River.
15h00: Arrive in Ha Giang city, take commemorative photos at Km0 of Ha Giang.
16h30: Stop at the Heaven Gate of Quan Ba to take photos of the Twin Mountains or Quan Ba Twin Hills and the panoramic view of Tam Son town from above.
17h30: Guests check into their rooms. 18h30: Dinner. Evening free. Overnight in Quan Ba Overnight: Mr. Dat’s Homestay – Nam Dam, Quan Ba, Ha Giang
Day 2: Yen Minh – Lung Cu – Ma Pi Leng – Dong Van (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
06h00: Breakfast and depart to admire the majestic scenery of the Dong Van Stone Plateau Global Geopark. Along the way, guests stop to visit: Pho Cao with distinctive houses of the H'mong people surrounded by stone fences. Sung La: visit the ancient house of the H'mong made of dirt walls – which was used as a filming location for the movie "Pao's Story" in 2006 by director Ngo Quang Hai, adapted from the short story "The Sound of the Pa Khach" by writer Do Bich Thuy which won 4 Golden Kite awards. Guests stop to rest and take photos of buckwheat flowers near the nine-turn slope. Lung Cu Flag Tower – the northernmost point of the country, with the highest latitude on Vietnam's map.
12h00: Return to Dong Van town for lunch. After lunch, the tour continues: Conquer the Ma Pi Leng Pass on the way to Meo Vac, the most beautiful section of the "Happiness Road". Take photos of the majestic beauty of the 800m deep Ma Pi Leng gorge – the deepest geomorphological division in Vietnam. Boat trip on Nho Que River: Take a boat upstream to Tu San gorge, the deepest gorge in Vietnam on the Nho Que river. The Nho Que river flows into Vietnam from the territory of Seo Lung village, Luong Cu commune, Dong Van district, running along the foot of the Ma Pi Leng Pass (Guests pay their own motorcycle taxi to the boat dock and boat ticket costs).
17h00: Return to Dong Van town, check into the hotel and rest.
18h30: Dinner at the restaurant. In the evening, guests are free to explore Dong Van Old Quarter, a place that has existed for nearly a century and enjoy a cup of coffee at the Old Quarter Cafe (at their own expense). Overnight: Hoang Ngoc Hotel
Day 3: Dong Van – Vuong Residence – Ha Giang – Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Guests get up to witness the bustling atmosphere of the ethnic groups converging to Dong Van market to attend the market session held every Sunday morning.
07h00: Breakfast and then head back to Hanoi. On the way, visit the King of the H'mong – Vuong Chinh Duc's Palace located in a valley of Sa Phin commune, the richest and most powerful family in Dong Van plateau in the early 20th century.
12h00: The group has lunch in Ha Giang city. After lunch, continue back to Hanoi.
19h30: Arrive back in Hanoi, concluding the program. Looking forward to seeing you again.
