CANCELLATION AND CHANGE CONDITIONS: Please refer to the provided cancellation and change conditions for details regarding cancellation, change, and refund policies.
Note:
- Cancellation fees apply in all cases when customers actively request tour cancellation.
- Customers who do not cooperate by submitting documents on time (including passports valid for more than 6 months from the last day of the tour) or fail to attend fingerprinting appointments as scheduled will be considered to have unilaterally canceled the contract. Cancellation fees apply as per the provided schedule.
- Tour cancellations or changes due to visa issues: The cancellation fee in all cases is 20,000,000 VND/person (including visa fees, flight cancellation fees, and services abroad).
- If customers are granted visas but the visa receipt time does not allow them to depart with the group, the entire deposit will be reserved for use on subsequent tour departures of the Travel Company (subject to tour price differences if applicable) within the visa validity period. If the visa expires and the customer has not chosen a suitable departure date, the reserved amount automatically expires.
- Tour cancellations due to the Travel Company: In case of a group tour, if the travel company does not gather at least 10 customers or if the number of visa-issued customers 3 days before departure does not meet the minimum requirement of 10 customers, the travel company has the right to cancel the departure according to the contract and arrange a new departure date based on the granted visa results. If customers cannot choose a new departure date with the travel company, the travel company will refund the deposit after deducting the visa application fee of 8,000,000 VND/person.
- Tour cancellations due to a third party: In case the program must be changed or the tour days shortened due to the fault of a third party (airline, bus company, service provider in the USA), the Travel Company is responsible for working with the third party to arrange the most reasonable program and services for customers and must inform customers in writing. If customers do not agree to the new program change, the Travel Company must negotiate with the third party to reach an agreement as committed to customers. If all three parties agree, the tour will proceed as scheduled. If the three parties cannot agree on a new plan and customers do not agree to change the program or departure date, the travel company must refund the contract value after deducting the visa application fee (if any).
- Tour cancellations due to US closure order: If the tour is forced to cancel due to the US closing travel or not accepting tourist arrivals from Vietnam, the entire deposit of the customers will be reserved for use as a deduction for the customer's subsequent tour bookings with the Travel Company.

Day 01: HANOI/ HO CHI MINH CITY – TAIPEI – LOS ANGELES
Departure from Ho Chi Minh City:
09:00: Group gathers at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Tour guide assists with check-in for EVA Air flight to Los Angeles (Transit in Taipei).
17:00 (Taipei Time): Arrival at Taipei Airport, passengers proceed to connect to the flight to Los Angeles.
15:00 (Los Angeles Time): Due to crossing the date line, the group arrives in Los Angeles on the same departure day and completes immigration procedures, collects luggage. Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner, then transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest after a long flight.

Day 02: LOS ANGELES – SAN DIEGO – LOS ANGELES (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
08:30: Depart for a sightseeing tour of San Diego – the city of beautiful beaches resembling paradise. Additionally, San Diego is a major military city in the United States, housing the largest Navy base on the West Coast. While touring the city, you will frequently see military bases scattered around, especially concentrated in San Diego Bay. During this tour, you will visit:
✔ USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum – Unlike traditional museums located at a fixed location, the USS Midway itself is an aircraft carrier that served the US military in the 20th century. Now, the USS Midway has become a historical landmark, welcoming visitors to learn about its glorious history, as well as the veterans who have served here.
✔ Old Town, one of the oldest districts built before the 15th century. The old adobe houses were mainly built in the Spanish style with one floor, tile roofs, and slopes. Explore San Diego in this old town, where you will feel the characteristic tranquility and serenity of the city.
✔ San Diego Harbor. This is one of the largest and most convenient natural deep-water ports in the Northwestern continental United States. When you arrive here, you will discover what the former US Navy sailors used to live and fight. Especially, you will visit the Aircraft Carrier Museum, which used to be the longest-serving aircraft carrier in the US in the 20th century.
12:00: Lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant. After lunch, you will have one of the following two options: Option 1 (no surcharge): Free time for shopping at Westfield Horton Plaza. Established since 1980, Westfield Horton Plaza has a total of 130 shops and services, where you will find many grocery stores, clothing stores, jewelry stores, footwear stores, electronics stores, toys, etc. Some prominent stores that you should visit include Nine West, Food Locker, Vans,... Option 2 (surcharge of 150 USD/guest): Transfer to the US - Mexico border area to complete US exit and Mexico entry procedures, then proceed to the city of Tijuana, located on the Baja California Peninsula (a state of Mexico) overlooking the Pacific Ocean, where there is a 24km border with the city of San Diego (California state, USA). You will be surprised by the unique cultural identity and vibrant colors of Mexico. Day 04: LAS VEGAS – HOOVER DAM - LAKE MEAD (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
06:00: Guests have breakfast at the hotel or at a restaurant outside the hotel (breakfast outside the hotel will be served in a bowl: each guest will receive a bowl of pho/noodle soup + a cup of coffee. The standard Vietnamese pho bowl in the US is large with an average price of 15 USD/bowl).
07:00: After breakfast, the group and tour guide will visit:

Day 05: LAS VEGAS – WASHINGTON DC (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Guests check-out of the hotel. Then, the group and tour guide will go to the airport for the morning flight to Washington DC (Scheduled flight).
Note: Departure and arrival times are local times. The total flight time is 5 hours. Washington DC is 3 hours ahead of Las Vegas. Due to the nature of oversales by airlines in the US (selling more seats than available on the plane), and domestic flight tickets are only issued when passengers have obtained visas, the travel company reserves the right to change flights from the West Coast to the East Coast. Afternoon: The plane will land in Washington DC – the capital and the only federal district of the United States. Then, the group and tour guide will visit:
✔ Lincoln Memorial - a national monument of the United States built to honor the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln, the most talented president of the United States, who abolished slavery and united the 36 states of the United States.
Evening: Guests have dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, the bus will take guests back to the hotel for rest and check-in.

Day 06: WASHINGTON D.C CITY TOUR (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
07:00: Guests have breakfast at the hotel or at a restaurant outside the hotel. After breakfast, check-out procedures, and the bus and tour guide will take guests to visit the capital Washington D.C:
✔ The White House, the symbol of power of the US government. This is the official residence and workplace of the President of the United States. The White House is a white-painted mansion built of marble in the neoclassical style, located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, D.C. (photos are taken outside).
✔ The Capitol: the headquarters of the Congress, the legislative branch of the federal government of the United States. The building is located on Capitol Hill, at the eastern end of the National Mall, the capital of Washington, D.C. This is where the US Congress meets to draft laws for the country, where presidents come to take office and deliver speeches about the state of the Union.
✔ The National Air and Space Museum of the United States - Recording the development history of the aviation industry, displaying various models of fighter planes, civilian aircraft in chronological order of development.
✔ Washington Monument - built to honor the first President of the United States, George Washington, with an impressive height of 555 ft (170 meters), this iconic structure, as well as its reflection in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, guests can stop to see and take photos outside the memorial monument on the National Mall, but also take the elevator to the observation point at the top.
✔ Tidal Basin - The Tidal Basin is a man-made reservoir. It is located between the Potomac River and the Washington Channel in Washington, D.C. (USA). The Tidal Basin is part of West Potomac Park. Although there are thousands of cherry blossom trees in the capital of the United States, the area around this lake is the most attractive. It has become a focal point of the National Cherry Blossom Festival held every spring.
16:00: Guests will be taken to:
✔ Saigon Eden Center, dubbed the "heart of Vietnamese people in Washington" with about 80,000 Vietnamese living here. Eden Center has 120 businesses, mostly owned by Vietnamese.

Day 07: WASHINGTON D.C – PHILADELPHIA – NEW YORK (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
07:00: Guests have breakfast at the hotel. Guests check out of the hotel, and the group departs for Philadelphia, the fifth-largest city in the United States, considered a center of culture, education, and significant history for the nation. Established in 1682, from 1790 to 1800, it served as the capital of the United States.
10:30: Arrive in Philadelphia. The group stops for sightseeing and photos at:
✔ U.S. Mint: Where the majority of U.S. coins for circulation within the United States are produced. The mint was established by the United States Congress with the Coinage Act of 1792, originally intended to be placed within the Department of State. Later, it was relocated and officially established in Philadelphia to build the main mint.
✔ Liberty Bell: One of the symbols of American independence, rung to mark the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 8, 1776.
✔ Independence Hall: A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. This is the building where the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were debated and adopted.
16:00: Arrive in New York. Guests will visit the Memorial of the Victims of Bloody Terrorism & the Ground Zero of the World Trade Center after the events of September 11.
19:00: Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, return to the hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 08: NEW YORK CITY TOUR – Airport (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
09:30: Depart for a city tour of New York, visiting famous landmarks:

✔ Wall Street: Dubbed the "Never-Sleeping Financial Capital" of the world. Mention Wall Street, and one thinks of the largest financial center globally. 12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by continued sightseeing:
✔ Rockefeller Center – One of the development symbols of Manhattan, this commercial and entertainment center has been seen as a magnificent work since its completion in the late 1930s.
✔ Fifth Avenue – Pride of New Yorkers. Visiting Fifth Avenue, guests will enjoy the modern life and wealth of the world's leading economic area. Numerous world-famous fashion brands are present here, making Fifth Avenue one of the most expensive shopping streets on the planet.

18:30: Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, the bus will take the group to the airport for departure on the overnight flight back to Vietnam.
Day 09: NEW YORK – TAIPEI (Overnight flight with meals served onboard)
Guests depart from New York to Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City (connecting flight via Taipei). Due to crossing the date line, guests will have meals and rest on the plane.
Day 10: HANOI/HO CHI MINH CITY
05:05: Arrive at Taipei Airport, proceed with the connecting flight and enjoy duty-free shopping at Taoyuan Airport – one of the top 10 airports in the world for its diverse and abundant duty-free activities and products.
09:20: The flight takes off for Noi Bai/Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
11:40: Arrival at the airport, guests complete immigration procedures and collect their luggage. End of the program. Farewell and see you again. The bus will take guests back to the original meeting point.
Farewell and End of Program The program may be subject to changes depending on actual conditions but will ensure all mentioned sightseeing points. In the event that the departure coincides with a trade fair in major cities, the overnight hotel will be changed to another city to maintain the published price. Guests planning to visit relatives during the program should inform the travel company to synchronize the final schedule before booking flights or any other service.
