- Applies according to the price list. Age is calculated from the date of birth to the departure date.
- Children from 11 years old are considered as adults
- From 6 to under 11 years old: standard meal is ½ of an adult portion, 1 meal on the train, 1 breakfast at the restaurant, 1 berth in a four-berth compartment on the train, sharing hotel room with parents, breakfast at the hotel not included.
- Under 6 years old: includes insurance, drinks. Food costs, entrance fees if incurred.
EXTRA TOUR OPTIONS: Applies to groups of 30 or more
- BA NA HILL (includes 1 buffet meal): 950,000 VND/ticket
- Shuttle bus + Tour guide: 50,000 VND/person (children as adults)
TOUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- If the tour is cancelled after registration and before 30 days of departure: deposit fee is forfeited
- If the tour is cancelled 20-30 days before departure: 50% of the tour price is charged as cancellation fee.
- If the tour is cancelled 20 - 08 days before departure: 70% of the tour price is charged as cancellation fee.
- If the tour is cancelled within 07 days before departure: 100% of the tour price is charged as cancellation fee.
TRAIN TICKET CONDITIONS
- When traveling by train, passengers should bring one of the following documents: (Identification card valid for less than 15 years, or passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- For children 14 years old (must have ID card, if not available, a personal identification confirmation form stamped by local authorities is required).
- For children not traveling with parents, a parental authorization letter confirmed by local authorities is required for accompanying person to complete train boarding procedures.
GENERAL REGULATIONS
- If side A cancels the tour due to being denied boarding at the train station due to personal documents, our company is not responsible for this incident. The costs for the program will not be refunded in this case.
- Due to the nature of combining individual guests into groups, if the group has 25 adults or more, the tour will depart on the scheduled date. If the group does not reach 25 guests, side B will arrange a new departure date and notify side A 10 working days in advance. If side A cannot follow the new departure schedule, side B will refund the deposit to side A.
- If Side B cannot organize the tour on the scheduled time due to force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, wars, etc., Side B will arrange a new departure date, any arising costs will be negotiated by both sides.
- In the event of a Covid 19 epidemic outbreak and there is an announcement or regulation by state management agencies at the local area of departure as well as destination in writing before the group's departure, the deposit amount will be reserved for a different departure date and will not be refunded.

Tour Plan
NIGHT 01: HANOI - HUE (Overnight on the train)
19:00: The guide welcomes guests at Hanoi station, boarding the train to Hue at
20:10. Guests spend the night in a four-berth sleeper cabin.
DAY 02: EXPLORING DREAMY HUE (Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast on the train.
09:25: Arrive at Hue station, the bus picks up and takes guests to visit the ancient Thien Mu Pagoda, built in the early 17th century. The bus takes guests to have lunch at DMZ restaurant. Afterward, the group checks into the hotel to rest.
14:30: In the afternoon, the group visits the Imperial City The Imperial City (Royal Palace of 13 Nguyen Dynasty emperors, the last feudal dynasty of Vietnam: Ngo Mon, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City, The Mieu, Hien Lam Pavilion, Cuu Dinh). After visiting the Imperial City, guests can visit Dong Khuyet Dai and experience tea drinking in the royal style (Expense on their own). The group visits the Hue traditional Ao Dai space at 7 Nguyen Tri Phuong.
18:30: Dinner at the Floating Restaurant on Huong River. Here, guests will admire the magical night beauty of Hue and enjoy sweet Hue singing. Overnight at a 4-star hotel – Huong Giang (or equivalent).
DAY 03: HUE - SON TRA PENINSULA - HOI AN (Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and check out. The bus and guide pick up the group to Da Nang. Guests stop at Lang Co beach for photos. Guests visit Son Tra Peninsula, Linh Ung Son Tra Pagoda – the tallest statue of the Goddess of Mercy in Vietnam, 67m tall. Lunch: The group has lunch at Hong Phuc 4 restaurant. After that, the group departs to the hotel to check in and rest.
17:30: The group heads to the ancient town of Hoi An. Upon arrival, dinner at Silk Beach restaurant - Hoi An. After dinner, the group visits Assembly Halls, Ancient Houses, Japanese Bridge, Nguyen Hoang Night Market,.. releasing lanterns on Hoai River for luck (Expense on their own).
20:30: Guests return to Da Nang by bus. Upon arrival, the group is free to explore Da Nang, take photos of Han River Swing Bridge, Dragon Bridge spitting fire and water on weekends. Overnight at Nalod 5-star hotel facing My Khe beach – or equivalent.
DAY 04: DA NANG - KHAI DINH TOMB - TRAIN STATION (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and check out. The bus and guide take the group to 24H specialty shop (gathering local specialties) for souvenir shopping. The group departs back to dreamy Hue. Guests visit Khai Dinh Tomb – to admire the unique architecture and the solemn atmosphere. It's a unique blend of European and Asian architecture, harmoniously combined with the poetic landscape of mountains and forests.
Lunch: The group has lunch at a local restaurant. Then, the guide takes the group to visit and shop for souvenirs, Hue specialties at the traditional crafts space of Phu Noi Vu (next to Hien Nhon gate before leaving the Imperial City) or the traditional crafts space of Luc Bo at 79 Nguyen Chi Thanh street outside Hien Nhon gate.
13:30: Guests board the bus to the station to catch the night train back to Hanoi at
14:10. The group has dinner on the train. Overnight in a four-berth sleeper cabin.
DAY 05: HANOI STATION - FAREWELL TO THE GROUP AT THE STATION
05:20: The group arrives back at Hanoi Station. The guide bids farewell to the group. End of the program.
