TOUR PRICE – CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN ACCOMPANYING

• Children from 01 – 04 years old: Free of service charges (parents cover all related expenses). 02 adults are allowed to bring 01 child for free, from the 2nd child a 50% tour price is charged (including half meal standards and other related services in the tour, but still sharing bed with parents). If 01 adult accompanies 01 child eligible for free, this child must purchase 50% of the adult's tour price, and the adult must still pay the single supplement as regulated.
• Children from 05 – 09 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price: includes separate meal standards, a seat on the bus in Sapa, and children's entrance tickets. If due to height requirements at the tourist area, the child has to buy an adult ticket, a maximum of 75% of the ticket cost will be reimbursed (any additional costs must be paid directly to the guide). 02 children at 75% are not considered as 1 adult, and do not have separate beds but must share with parents.
• Children from 10 years old and above: Charged as adults, receiving adult services. Cancellation policy

TOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Phase 01: Guests pay 70% of the tour value upon registration.
• Phase 02: Guests pay the remaining 30% of the tour value 03 days before departure. Note: For tours registered close to the departure date from 03 to 05 days, guests must pay 100% of the tour value. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation by Viet Pearl Travel: If Viet Pearl Travel fails to carry out the trip/service, the company must immediately inform the customer and refund the entire amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the official cancellation notification, either in cash or by transfer. In case of cancellation by the Customer:
• If unable to continue with the service/tour, the customer must notify the Company in writing or by email (Phone cancellations/changes are not processed). Also, please bring the Tour/Service Registration Form & receipt to Vietnam Booking office for cancellation/change procedures.
• In cases of service/tour changes: The company will consider the actual situation to calculate fees and support the customer.
• In case of service/tour cancellation: The customer must bear the cancellation fees as per the regulations of Viet Pearl Travel and all bank fees for online payments. Cancellation fees are as follows:
• Changing the departure date must be notified at least 03 days before the scheduled departure. The first date change is free of charge. The 2nd, 3rd... changes will incur a 30% fee for each change. The booking information must remain the same as before the change.
• Cancel at least 07 days before departure: A 30% penalty.
• Cancel at least 03 days before departure: A 50% penalty.
• Cancel within 1-2 days before departure: A 100% penalty.
• On the day of departure, if the guest is not present at the pre-arranged location and time, or if the guide cannot contact the guest through the provided number and the guest does not proactively contact to inform any changes, such cases will be considered as a voluntary tour cancellation by the guest, incurring a 100% penalty of the tour value.
• Holiday/ Tet season: No refunds, cancellations, or changes allowed. Cancellation must be directly notified to the Company or via fax, email, message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Deposit, payment, cancellation, and tour change dates do not include Saturdays, Sundays. If full payment is not made on the scheduled payment date and the correct amount, it will be considered as a voluntary tour cancellation by the guest, and all deposit money will be forfeited.
