Furthermore, the Board fees were determined to remain unchanged from the previous year.<\/p>\n
The presented income statement, balance sheet, consolidated income statement, and consolidated balance sheet were all approved by the Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n
No dividend will be distributed to shareholders for the financial year spanning November 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023, as resolved during the Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n
The Board members and CEO were granted discharge from liability for the financial year ending October 31, 2023, as per the decision of the Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n
The auditing firm KPMG AB was re-elected as auditor, with fees to be paid as per the approved invoice.<\/p>\n
Instructions for the Nomination Committee were adopted, with the Committee consisting of the Chairman of the Board and shareholder representatives \u00c5sa Mitsell from the Swedish Ministry of Finance, Adrian L\u00fcbbert from the Danish Ministry of Finance, and Jacob Wallenberg from Wallenberg Investments AB.<\/p>\n
The Annual General Meeting also approved the Board’s report on the remuneration of senior executives and maintained unchanged guidelines for the remuneration of senior executives.<\/p>\n
