The premier conference centre received recognition at the awards ceremony, which was organized by the destination marketing organization for the West Midlands, West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC). The awards, which are in their fourth year, honour and celebrate the top-tier establishments in the hospitality and tourism industries throughout the area. Warwick Conferences has also been automatically entered into the annual Visit England Awards for Excellence, where the team will have the chance to be recognized nationally, due to its success at these awards.<\/p>\n
Being named Business Events Venue of the Year, recognises Warwick Conferences\u2019 excellent understanding of the market, exceptional customer service and commitment to innovation through its strategic plan and future growth ambitions.<\/p>\n
Located at the University of Warwick and operating four conference, meeting and events venues, over the last 12 months the team has successfully delivered a wide range of events including the British Transplant Games and the International Children\u2019s Games. Another significant achievement for Warwick Conferences in 2023 was gaining ECOsmart Platinum status from Greengage Solutions for its various sustainability initiatives \u2013 outlined in Warwick Conferences\u2019 Sustainability Roadmap \u2013 as the venue aims to achieve net zero emissions targets by 2030.<\/p>\n
