Lufthansa Technik appoints new CEOs for key subsidiaries in Germany and the Philippines

Lufthansa Technik is in the process of filling two significant roles within its subsidiaries, one in Alzey, Germany, and the other in the Philippines.

Starting from April 1st, Rubin Siddique assumes the role of CEO at Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey, specializing in turbofan and turboprop engine maintenance near Frankfurt, Germany. He takes over from Matthias Gruber, who has transitioned to Eurowings Technik as Head of Technical Fleet Management Eurowings and Managing Director. Gruber’s previous position at Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey is now filled by Holger Beck, who, since April 1st, has been serving as Head of Aircraft Maintenance Service Asia at Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP). Beck, in turn, will take on the role of President & CEO of LTP effective June 1st, overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations for aircraft types such as Airbus A330, A340, A380, and Boeing 777. He succeeds Elmar Lutter, who is retiring after 34 years within the Lufthansa Group, having served as the head of LTP for seven years.
